Player Development and Coaching Manual

The  Player Development and Coaching Manual  has been developed in-house at Wanstead and Snaresbrook Cricket Club.

It is a large document but useful as a guide to the type of coaching drills we select for our coaching sessions - making sure we get the right juniors, coaches and equipment at the right place at the right time is a big challenge.

The document is also a response to the ECB Long Term Athlete Development Plan, incorporating many if its helpful ideas.
