Match report Wanstead ladies needed to win their last group game against Old Chelmsfordians to secure a spot in the semi-finals.

Skip won the toss and decided to bat first. The ladies scored 124-6, their highest score in the league this year.

The opposiiton was on target and scoring 12/13 runs an over easily but restrictive bowling by Nafeesa and the skip slowed this down by the 7th over. Needing another 40 to win from 3 overs, Old C's managed to get only 104-5 leading the ladies to a good victory.

They now play Colchester & East Essex in the semi final on weds 10th dec.
