Match report The ladies had a close last game of the group stages but won in the end!

Having lost the toss they bowled first and managed to keep Colchester below 100, ending on 98-2 after 10 overs. Excellent tight bowling from Dipti and a wicket from Tor.

Chasing 99 to win, Skip and Neha got off to a great start with Skip scoring her 25 within 3 overs and being retired on 25. We were cruising along nicely with 47 runs off 3 overs before hitting a slight hurdle when the spinners came on, which slowed down our run rate to 10 an over. We were on 75 after 8 needing 24 to win off the last 2. Skip came back to bat with Beth in the last over needing 12 to win and they ran every single ball to secure the win at the end!

Well done ladies, we finish top of the table and play the 4th placed team next week in the semi final!
