Small Group Training Sessions

10 Jun 2020

The recent ECB announcement. allows for individuals and small groups (of up to six people) to remain safe, whilst undertaking recreational cricket activity, and informal cricket in an outdoor environment.

This means that we can organise supervised group training sessions on the outfield. Initially we will start with the Men’s 1st XI, the Ladies and the Junior teams. If this is successful, we will look to involve more members.

Please read the terms and conditions by clicking on Group Training T&Cs . Everyone involved in a group training session must agree to be be bound by these T&Cs. Please ensure that you read them. In particular we would like to highlight the following:

  • Enter the ground through the gates by the pavilion and exit by the double gates under the horse chestnut tree into the car park
  • Bring your own playing/training equipment, including a ball, which should be clearly marked to indicate that it belongs to you, and this must be kept in a zipped bag when not in use. Do not share your equipment with anyone else.
  • Bring your own hand sanitiser. You must wash/sanitise their hands before and after the session.”
  • If you are a parent/guardian, who wants to stay during the session you must sit on the benches on the bank by the pavilion.
