I am delighted to announce that we have been awarded another large grant for Project Heron. This one is £10,000 and is from The National Lottery Community Fund, who commented on the club’s success in “Achieving Social Harmony in Wanstead.” I would particularly like to thank Mark Bentley for the immense amount of work he has done on our grant applications.
This means that Project Heron has now raised over £45,000 towards its target of £75,000 for the new nets. We are confident of achieving our target but we still need your help.
